Dear friend,
January often arrives with a whisper of fatigue after the festive season’s hustle and bustle. If you’re finding the new year a little overwhelming, I warmly invite you to join me, Susan, for a nurturing day retreat designed to help you reset, recharge, and gently welcome the year ahead.
Set amidst the peaceful beauty of The Goat House Retreat, just 45 minutes from Belfast, our day together offers an opportunity to step away from daily demands, quieten your mind, and truly care for yourself. This is a personal invitation to pause, reflect, and be cared for—no experience required, just a willingness to rest and reconnect.
With warmth and best wishes,
Susan
