BAMBOO YOGA RETREAT | GOA, SOUTH INDIA
16th - 23rd of November 2025
A Personal Invitation TO INDIA, from Susan 🌺
There’s a special kind of magic that happens on retreat. A slowing down. A softening. A reconnection - with your body, your breath, the world around you.
This will be our 7th Yoga Quarter retreat, and each one has deepened my love for guiding these journeys. I’ve been facilitating groups for over 20 years and travelled widely, but I know that our upcoming travel to Bamboo Yoga Retreat in South Goa will be quite unlike any other, in a country that can truly call itself the birthplace of Yoga.
If you're craving space to breathe, to rest, to be taken care of - I warmly invite you to join myself and Sara this November.
Let the sun warm your skin. Let the ocean soothe your nervous system. Let us take care of the rest.
– Susan, co-founder of Yoga Quarter

Sara Cassells
Yoga Teacher & Retreat Co-Host
Sara is a much-loved teacher at Yoga Quarter, known for her calm presence, clear guidance, and welcoming approach. She leads regular Hatha and Vinyasa classes in Belfast, blending mindful movement with breath awareness and meditation.
Sara began her yoga journey in the quiet comfort of her own home and brings that same sense of ease and approachability into every class. Her teaching style is grounded and accessible, with a focus on helping students feel at home in their bodies - whether they’re flowing through postures or resting in stillness.
Having previously co-led a retreat in Morocco, Sara brings experience, sensitivity, and warmth to her role as co-host - and she’ll be travelling out with the group from Belfast, so you’ll be supported every step of the way.
