Our specialist classes at Yoga Quarter cater to diverse needs and stages of life. We offer Pregnancy Yoga designed to support expectant mothers through gentle, safe postures that promote relaxation and prepare the body for childbirth.
Baby Yoga classes encourage bonding and gentle movement for parents and their little ones. Our family sessions provide some fun and interactive ways to bond as a family.
Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy yoga classes combine relaxation techniques with stretching, strengthening and breathing exercises to help mums with essential skills for birth. It is widely recommended by midwives and doctors. Consistent practice enhances the vitality, mobility general health and emotional wellbeing of expectant mums.
Pregnancy Yoga is also a time of connecting with other mums who are on a similar journey.
Pregnancy classes are suitable from 14 weeks to full term.

Parent & Baby Yoga
Birthlight yoga classes for both adult and baby to enjoy. Suitable for babies aged 8 weeks to pre mobile.
Parent and baby yoga combines movement with an opportunity to meet other parents with babies at a similar stage. There is time at the end given for a cup of tea and a piece of cake. This class is about connection and sharing as well as movement.

FaMILY yOGA
Family yoga sessions are a fun and interactive way to experience yoga while taking some quality time to support bonding as a family.
No previous yoga experience necessary. Suitable for primary school aged kids.

Restorative Yoga
