Yoga For Teens

Teen Yoga at Yoga Quarter
Tuesdays, 3 November–8 December

Being a teenager can be a lot. Schoolwork, exams, friendships, social media and expectations about the future can leave little space to pause. As the evenings get darker and we spend more time indoors, making room for movement, connection and looking after our mental wellbeing feels especially valuable.

We’re delighted to be launching a new yoga class specifically for teenagers, offering a welcoming space to take a breath, move and unwind.

Through our ongoing partnership with Bloomfield School, the young women who practise with us have shared how much they enjoy yoga and how it has helped them manage stress and anxiety. Their feedback has been a lovely inspiration for bringing this class to the studio.

The class will be led by Shannon, a teacher who also leads our Yoga for Anxiety course. Bringing together movement, breathwork and relaxation, each session will offer time away from everyday pressures and introduce simple practices to draw on when life feels overwhelming.

No yoga experience is needed, and there’s no pressure to be flexible or get everything right. Just come as you are.

Join Shannon this November for six weeks of movement, connection and time to exhale.
