We’ll breakdown 3 main essentials of practise:
The Pilates breath— how (and why) we use lateral breathing to create stability and control
True core engagement— understand what muscles make up the core and how to engage correctly-this is your powerhouse!
Alignment— learning correct alignment to protect our joints and turn on the right muscles making exercises more efficient
It’s a deep dive into technique to make every future class stronger, smarter, and more effective.
