Foundations of Flight- Crow and Headstand Workshop with Paddy

I’m super excited to share this playful & supportive workshop where we’ll be breaking down the foundations of Sirsasana (Headstand) and Bakasana (Crow pose)

 

We’ll work through plenty of fundamental prep to help build strength, balance and confidence along the way. Crow Pose is covered too, so even if you’re not quite headstand-ready, you’ll still walk away with tools to progress your practice

 

Itinerary:

- Warm-up & strength drills

- Shoulder & arm awareness

- Crow Pose fundamentals

- Entry to Headstand from different positions

- Common mistakes & safety cues

- Variations & Progressions

- Time to practice + Q&A

 

This is an all-levels workshop, but will be especially helpful if Crow Pose/Headstand are poses you’re actively exploring. There will be something for everyone though, even if you’re totally new to inversions. Hopefully you’ll leave feeling empowered, grounded and a lil more upside-down
