Join Matthew for a guided journey into the science and practice of breathing for nervous system regulation.
The session opens with a short introduction to how breathing directly influences your physiology, and how specific techniques can be used to promote better health and wellbeing. From there, we move into a sustained practice of breathing methods designed to shift the nervous system into a state of deep rest.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and with practical tools you can use any time you need to switch off.
Suitable for all levels. No prior experience required.
