Family Yoga

Family Yoga is back.

We’re delighted to welcome Tory Campbell of SHINE Special Yoga back to Yoga Quarter, as she

returns to teaching after time away starting her own family. Tory is an experienced yoga teacher who is passionate about sharing the many benefits of yoga, meeting each person where they are at and helping them move towards their potential.

Family yoga is a playful, inclusive way to spend time together while building connection, trust, and shared understanding. These sessions invite children and adults to move, breathe, and explore side by side, creating space for quality time that feels both fun and meaningful.

Through simple postures, movement games, sound, and moments of mindfulness, families are supported to develop body awareness, coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence. Just as importantly, family yoga offers tools that support everyday family life, such as listening, cooperation, emotional regulation, and clear communication.

The practice encourages connection rather than perfection. There’s space for laughter, creativity, and rest, and for each family member to participate in a way that feels right for them. 

Tory’s teaching style is warm, adaptable and welcoming, creating a space where everyone can participate at their own pace.

Suitable for children aged 3+. No previous yoga experience is required. Families are invited to come

as they are and enjoy time together.

 A lovely way to reconnect, slow down and enjoy yoga together as a family.

Family yoga is about learning together, supporting one another, and enjoying being in the moment as a family.

And yes… it’s also genuinely fun.
