Charity Summer Solstice - 108 Sun Salutations

Join us as we celebrate the Summer Solstice arriving in the Northern Hemisphere on Tuesday 21st June at Seapark, Holywood. If it’s raining we’ll move our practice inside the studio. Don’t worry if you haven’t been part of the 108 prep classes leading up to the Summer Solstice, this practice is still for you. Join in for 30 minutes or the whole thing as we flow through 108 sun salutations followed by a dip in the sea to cool down. 

All proceeds will be donated to Cancer Research
