Soften and Release

What would it feel like to soften the grip and release what no longer serves you? We will explore this in a two-hour workshop.

When we have a lot going on and are feeling busy and stressed (very common in December!), we can hold onto tension in the body without even being aware of it. This can result in a feeling of tightness and constriction in both the body and the mind.

Join Diana for two hours on a Sunday afternoon to soften the body and mind and release tension and holding.

During the workshop Diana will guide you through:

- a really gentle slow flow class to release tension, suitable for beginner

- relaxing in restorative poses inviting the body to soften and be supported with the use of props

- guided meditation themed around letting go of what you no longer want or need to hold on to

- use of therapeutic sounds to bring you to a place of softness and deep relaxation

There will be some yummy nourishing homemade treats for you to enjoy at the end.
