Energy Balancing Workshop with Diana

As you enter the last three months of the year, what better time to reflect and rebalance. Being continuously busy or feeling stressed can result in our energy centres (chakras) being off balance and a feeling of disconnection to ourselves. 

This workshop is themed around aligning and balancing the seven chakras in the body, to do this Diana will:

- introduce you to the seven main chakras in the body and give you an insight to what can show up physically, emotionally and mentally if there is an imbalance. 

- invite you to tune inwards with this new insight and identify any potential imbalances.

- guide you through a chakra focused slow yoga flow practice, suitable for beginners.

- take you through a powerful and relaxing chakra balancing guided meditation.

- use therapeutic sound to bring you into a state of deep relaxation and encourage the flow of energy through your body.

There will be some yummy nourishing homemade treats for you to enjoy at the end.
