Autumn Equinox: Reaping the Spoils of Summer

Autumn Equinox:Reaping the Spoils of Summer

Join Susan, Eimear and Ciara for an afternoon of practice, reflection and deep rest as we mark the turning of the season and the Autumn Equinox.

Traditionally, this is harvest time — a moment to gather the last of summer’s abundance and store what will sustain us through the darker months ahead.

We’ll draw on this idea of harvest as we come together to reflect on our own spoils of summer. What has grown or ripened for you over these past months? What do you have in abundance that you want to carry with you into autumn? And what might you be ready to let go?

The Autumn Equinox sits at a point of balance: between light and dark, warmth and cold, the outward energy of summer and the quieter months ahead. It is a natural moment to pause, take stock and notice what this changing season means for each of us.

Susan, Eimear and Ciara will weave together meditation, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Sound, creating a spacious two-hour practice to help you settle, reflect and welcome the season ahead.

Come as you are. Take some time to pause, gather in what you need, and make a little space for what comes next.

We look forward to sharing the afternoon with you.
