Menopause is a journey of coming home to yourself. Whether you experience it early or after your fifties, whether you have all of the well-known symptoms or very few, every phase: perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause, carries within it the emergence of a new you.

Step into the next phase of your teaching with a women’s menopause focused yoga certification, designed to empower both you and your students. This 40-hour immersive training blends Yoga, Ayurveda, Yogic philosophy, Ancestral Gynaecology and modern menopause wisdom to provide practical and transformative teaching. This is a Trauma-Sensitive and Empowered Facilitation programme.

Through this training, participants develop practical teaching skills, holistic understanding of menopause, and embodied leadership for women’s wellbeing.
