Do you ever feel like the stillness practice at the end of a flow yoga class just isn't long enough?
This two hour workshop gives equal time to both flow and stillness.
Diana will guide you through:
- A one hour energising flow practice, which connects breath and movement to flow from one pose to the next awakening the body and cultivating a meditative state.
- A one hour stillness practice where you come into constructive rest through restorative poses, using the props in the studio to support the body. This stillness part of the workshop will include therapeutic sounds to bring you into a deeper place of relaxation.
Afterwards you can enjoy some delicious homemade treats in reception or to take home.
