There is something about the Andalusian sun.
It has a way of encouraging us to slow down. Days feel longer, meals become occasions, conversations unfold naturally and life settles into a gentler rhythm.
This May we invite you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and join us for six days under the Andalusian sun.
Our home for the week is the beautiful Hacienda Sambana, a peaceful retreat tucked away in the Andalusian countryside. Surrounded by olive trees and rolling hills, it offers the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect and simply enjoy being present.
Like all of our retreats, this is a small and intimate experience. With just 14 places available, there is time to get to know one another, space to breathe and the opportunity to enjoy a week that feels both restorative and memorable.
THE YOGA QUARTER RETREAT EXPERIENCE
For over twenty years, Susan has been leading yoga retreats, and for the last number of years those retreats have been an important part of Yoga Quarter. They are thoughtfully created spaces where people can pause, reconnect and be looked after through yoga, beautiful surroundings, nourishing food and genuine connection.
Yoga is at the heart of every retreat, woven into a week that invites you to slow down, rest and reconnect.
This is an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and remember what it feels like to have nowhere to be and nothing to organise. To spend time in nature, enjoy wonderful food, share conversation, laugh a little more and simply be.
Whether this is your first retreat or your tenth, our hope is that you leave feeling rested, nourished and inspired.

THE YOGA
Yoga creates the rhythm of each day.
Each morning we'll gather for an all-levels Vinyasa practice, designed to gently awaken the body and prepare us for the day ahead. The classes are suitable for everyone, with options and variations offered throughout so you can practise in a way that feels right for you.
As the day draws to a close, we'll come together again for quieter, more restorative practices. Across the week these sessions will include Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, inviting deep rest and allowing both body and mind to unwind.
Whether you arrive with years of experience or are relatively new to yoga, you'll be warmly welcomed.
YOUR RETREAT TEAM
Joining you in Andalucia will be Susan, Shannon and Mars, who will be there throughout the week to guide the yoga, support you and create the welcoming atmosphere that Yoga Quarter retreats have become known for.
We're also delighted that Raul will once again be joining us as our retreat chef.
If you've travelled with us before, you'll already know that Raul's food is always one of the highlights of the week. Fresh, colourful and full of flavour, every meal is thoughtfully prepared using seasonal ingredients and enjoyed together around the table.
